Services offered by Matrutvam shall be subject to the delivery and Matrutvam has full right to take the final decision in this regard.
Shipping charges shall differ from product to product. Free shipping criteria subject to change from vendor to vendor and shall be applicable based on vendors terms and conditions. Shipping charges shall be applicable based on the product weight, dimensions and distance between source and destination.
Order above 3000/- will be accepted on prepaid payments only.
Orders placed after Saturday 5:00 PM will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays or upcoming working days.
The estimate delivery time may vary slightly from State to State & Metro to Non-Metro City but it may take working 5 to 7 days. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Sundays & Holidays.
