18 Years in Ayurvedic Medicine, Garbhasanskar Training, and Pre-Post Natal Yoga

An experienced Ayurvedic Doctor with a deep passion for promoting holistic well-being during pregnancy and beyond. After completing  B.A.M.S., she pursued Postgraduate studies in both Panchakarma and Garbhasanskar, areas where her interest in traditional Ayurvedic gynecology flourished. In addition, she is a Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Pre-Post Natal Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Counselor.

Over the past 18 years, Dr. Radhika have had the privilege of guiding and supporting countless expectant mothers in their journey, empowering them to nurture and strengthen their babies in the womb—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Her work is rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and Vedic traditions, which focus on creating a solid foundation for the next generation of strong, capable individuals who will contribute to the growth of a progressive society.

As part of her mission, she developed a comprehensive Garbhasanskar Course consisting of 10 carefully designed sessions to support expectant mothers in all aspects of their pregnancy journey:
