Meet Our Team
Dr. Kaustubh Bondre
Founder Member
Dr. Kaustubh A. Bondre is a medical practitioner and co-owner of WeCare Polyclinic, Karve Nagar. He works as a Medical Consultant at Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics, Pune. A graduate from the GMCH Nagpur, he completed his Post-Graduate Program in Policy Design & Management from the Indian School of Public Policy. He is one of the founding members of ‘Matrutvam’.
He has a decade-long rich and diverse experience of working in government, non-government and private sectors. He has been associated with YASHADA, Pune & Jnana Prabodhini (NGO) for more than a decade. As an educator, he continues to train & mentor civil services aspirants across the country, including those from Ladakh & Arunachal Pradesh. A budding writer and an avid reader, he operates his own YouTube channel in an attempt to democratize knowledge. Being a travel enthusiast, his love for road-trips knows no bounds!
‘Matrutvam’ is the expression of his perspective towards society. An empathetic doctor, a passionate teacher, and a compassionate being, he is excited about ‘matrutvam’ becoming the ultimate trusted ‘buddy’ to each and every woman who thinks about becoming a parent, who needs a plan for her pregnancy, who seeks help to care for her newborn and who, through her own ‘lived’ experience, is eager to reach out to other such women in need. The vision is to build a community that makes pregnancy and parenthood a happy, rich and memorable experience for all!!
Dr. Pratibha Bhawar

Pratibha Bhawar is the founder member of Matrutvam, a platform that aims to provide support and resources to expecting and new mothers. She has completed her Ph.D. in pharmaceutical chemistry and working as a QC Head in one of the leading pharmaceutical industy.
Matrutvam was born out of Pratibha’s personal experience when she and her husband were expecting their first child. They found it challenging to find all the necessary support during this joyful journey. This struggle inspired her to create a platform where all the essential resources, services and a very strong support system should available, and keeps a would be mother care free by making her physically, emotionally and nutritionally equipped and fit to give a birth to new life. Matrutvam believes in accompanying parents at every stage of their journey, bringing joy and happiness to the process. With this vision and experience, Matrutvam is poised to become the go-to platform for every parents and caregivers.
